Confessions of a Bad Mom

When I started the group from my bed in August 2018, I had never been part of any Facebook group, let alone a Moms Group. I doubted my idea and it took me an entire month to publish it. I was afraid no one would join, people would think it was stupid and maybe if I was lucky 50 people would accept the invitation and become members.

My very first post was “ Confession of a Bad Mom…..” and the rest was history. The group gained 1k members that weekend, and we would grow to 27.3k members. The concept of an alternative Moms Group where women can vent, ask for advice in a judgement free zone caught on like wild fire.

It has been amazing, humbling, and rewarding to watch this community grow.

Together we can do great things. We laugh…ALOT, we cry, we support each other and most of all, we know that there is no such thing as “the perfect mom”.
